Diet pills, also known as slimming pills and appetite suppressants, are meant to get rid of your fat. Many people have seen good results with diet pills while others have seen bad short term results. This is because many take the diet pills with a good healthy meal and others take only the diet pills and don’t eat when they take them.
Taking diet pills with a good healthy meal will help you lose the excess weight and keep it off. Taking diet pills without a good healthy meal and not eating during the day will help you not to gain weight but will also keep you from losing it.
When you are hungry and you don’t eat your body goes into starvation mode. This causes your body to think that it needs to store the fat reserves in case you decide not to eat for a long period of time. This is how our body copes for survival. If your body keeps those fat reserves you will not be able to burn them, keeping you from losing weight.
Eating too much will also keep you from losing weight. Although you are taking the diet pills, the fat burning action cannot exceed the fat that you keep on taking in. What we have to do is put our body in "ketosis mode," which means we eat a little to continue our daily activities and to prevent our body from going into starvation mode. If we do this, the diet pills can burn more fat than the ones we put in. We are burning our reserve fats as well, therefore losing a more weight.
There is not a pill out there that will cause you to lose the weight if you are just sitting around watching television or playing video games (but it would be nice). Exercise is another key to unlocking the door to becoming a healthier you. You don’t have to join a gym all you really need to do is move around and walking is the best movement you can have.
So are diet pills a good idea or a bad idea? The answer is both. Diet pills can be a good idea if you plan on eating right and exercising. Yet, if you plan on sitting around watching television all day or plan on not eating for a day or two at a time, diet pills are a bad idea. Diet pills are cheap and easy to use, just follow the instructions on the package, exercise, and eat healthy and you too will start to shed the weight you have always wanted to get rid of.
